| The aim of this joint venture is to introduce the thrill of adventure to those who live in a City’s Concrete environment and are not exposed to the facility of adventure activities. Once they take to adventure, they will be ushered to hard core adventure at EMPOWER’s Adventure and Training Resort off KOLAD on Mumbai Goa Highway , 100 km from Vashi (2 hours drive). |

| EMPOWER does not only indulge in Pure Adventure, but specialise in ‘Processed Adventure’ too. When we undertake an adventure activity for the excitement and thrill that we derive from it, it is termed ‘Pure’ Adventure, whereas when we reflect on how we felt about it, and what experiences we went through,while enjoying the activity, and relate it to real life situations, it is called ‘Processed Adventure.’ |

| For children, we are particular in linking outdoor and adventure activities to Acquisition of Life Skills, which are then transferred to real life. One learns Leadership,Team Building,Decision making, problem solving,risk management,conflict management,time management and so on.

| At INORBIT, we are aiming to get more and more people get the best out of adventure activities, by first attracting them to some basic activities in a mall, followed by activities in our camp, which has been specifically designed for the purpose. Subsequently, those who are fascinated can take to hard core adventure.
